Utmost care and importance are given to each E-bike we manufacture. However, in case you are not happy with the e-bike you received, you can check our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee​ scheme below.

Refund Policy

The Aurita Bikes (Elon Motors Engineering Pvt. Ltd.) 14 Day Money Back Guarantee protects all e-bikes purchased made from our website.

 

We are confident that you’ll love our extensive range of E-bikes, but if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll offer you a full refund* and pick it up from you. Just make sure you keep the box so it can be re-used to send it back.

If you are genuinely unhappy with your purchase and want to return it to us, then you must email info@auritabikes.com within 14 days of receiving your bike. Notifications to return cannot be made over the phone.

Bikes MUST be packaged and returned safely in the same packaging used to deliver the bike to you. This includes the packaging of the frame, wheels, and components. Retain packaging in the event of a return. If the bike incurs damage during transit due to inadequate packaging, Aurita Bikes (Elon Motors Engineering Pvt. Ltd.) reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of replacement of the damaged part or component.

To remain eligible we ask you to adopt a fair usage frame of mind and ensure there is no damage to the bike. Damage caused by improper use or incorrect assembly – such as pedal threads being damaged will be charged at retail rates. Deductions will be made for scratches and obvious wear & damage as well as for excess usage over 10 kilometers.

Where a product returned within the 14 day period and a refund is requested, Aurita Bikes (Elon Motors Engineering Pvt. Ltd.) will refund the original product purchase price. The money will be refunded within 14 working days  *The following fees and/or charges will not be reimbursed:

  • Delivery charges from Aurita Bikes (Elon Motors Engineering Pvt. Ltd.)

  • Cost to return the product to Aurita Bikes (Elon Motors Engineering Pvt. Ltd.) (usually being the same as the delivery charge)

  • Cost to fix any repairs/scratches

  • Cleaning costs

  • Excess kilometer charges

Aurita Bikes (Elon Motors Engineering Pvt. Ltd.) reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions without notice. The 14 Day Money Back Guarantee excludes any products that have been physically test ridden at an Aurita Bikes (Elon Motors Engineering Pvt. Ltd.) store or sold as demo bikes or bikes purchased via a payment or finance plan.

Notes:

  1. Electric Bikes purchased using EMI, or any other finance options cannot be returned or refunded.

  2. Customized electric bikes cannot be returned.

  3. The refund policy is only valid for and applicable to electric bikes purchased directly from Aurita Bikes (Elon Motors Engineering Pvt. Ltd.), and not any other entity.

  4. The cost of repackaging and shipping back the electric bike is to be borne by the customer.

  5. Transportation and processing charges must be borne by the customer in their entirety.
